CITY OF MERCED NOTICE TO VENDORS
Notice is hereby given that City of Merced will receive proposals for an RFP for a Standards of Cover assessment for the Fire Department. Proposals will be received no later than 5:00pm on January 30, 2017. Proposals must consist of one signed original and four copies of the proposal.  Hard copies should be mailed to: City of Merced Fire Department, 99 E. 16th Street, Merced, CA  95340.   Facsimile (Fax) or electronic proposals will not be accepted.  Each Proposal must conform and be responsive to the Request for Proposal documents. Proposals received later than the designated time and date will not be accepted.  City of Merced reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and further reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposal.  Proposals that do not address the requirements will be considered non-compliant and will not be reviewed or rated.  To view and download a copy of this proposal, go to https://www.cityofmerced.org/services/bids_n_rfps/proposals.asp or a copy can be obtained from City of Merced Fire Department.
