Fire Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator
Salary: $5,611 - $6,927/mo.
Job Summary: Plans, organizes and coordinates the maintenance, repair and replacement of Fire Department facilities and equipment; coordinates and provides preventative maintenance; purchases specialized equipment and supplies; and coordinates with vendors and contractors, as required.
Requires: Graduation from high school or the equivalent. College level coursework in Business or Public Administration, Engineering, Construction Management or a closely related field is desirable. Three years of recent, paid and progressively responsible work experience in facilities maintenance management and construction, including at least one year of project management. Experience in public sector facilities maintenance management, particularly in maintaining fire department facilities is highly desirable. Possession of a class C driver license.
