Funeral services are pending for a St. Charles firefighter who was found dead in his bed this morning at a firehouse. Douglas "Doug" Haase, 60, of Troy, Mo., apparently died of natural causes.Haase went to bed late last night after running a call, and his shift was supposed to end at 7:30 this morning, said fire department spokesman Dan Casey. His fellow firefighters found him slumped in his bed shortly before 7 a.m.
