An Ellis County grand jury indicted seven volunteer firefighters, including the department's chief and assistant chief, on Wednesday in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a fellow male firefighter with a chorizo sausage in January, according to media reports. Five firefighters with the Emergency Service District Number 6 Volunteer Fire Department in Waxachachie have been indicted on charges of aggravated sexual assault and attempted aggravated sexual assault: Keith Edward Wisakowsky, 26; Casey Joe Stafford, 30; Preston Thomas Peyrot, 19; Alec Chase Miller, 28; and Blake Jerold Tucker, 19. Gavin Satterfield and William "Billy" Getzendaner — the department's chief and assistant chief, respectively — have been charged with tampering with witnesses, a first-degree felony. An indictment obtained by the San Antonio Express-News also names Wisakowsky's 23-year-old girlfriend Leanne Parten, is accused of filming the incident. She has been charged with aggravated sexual assault and attempted aggravated sexual assault.
