The man accused of killing East Pulaski firefighter Lt. Jason Adams in January had a high level of cocaine in his system, according to a toxicology report. Mark Pruitt, 48, is charged with manslaughter for allegedly shooting and killing Adams after Adams responded to a call of a seizure at Pruitt's home. A neighbor telling Channel 7 News that day that Pruitt thought Adams was an intruder. "He said, 'I shot this man. He broke into my house'," recalls Tommy Noblett of the phone call. "Then I got here and I seen the first responder's bag laying there and I seen who it was...then knew it wasn't an intruder."
