Former Guyton Interim Public Safety Director Stacy Strickland is now facing a criminal investigation.
This comes after a separate investigation revealed he helped create a highly inappropriate fake Facebook profile about one of his firefighters. We got our hands on the report Wednesday, in which there are scanned copies of the profile before it was deleted. The posts targeted Guyton firefighter Chris Huntley, making homosexual jokes, and photoshopped Huntley engaging in homosexual acts. It also has several racist posts, including Huntley photoshopped onto a member of the KKK.
The investigation reveals Strickland and Guyton police officer Michael Clark as the faces behind the screen. Under the disguised name Matthew Murdock, several homosexual references and images of male genitalia were posted to this profile. Even more, Clark says "he created and posted the photo-shopped picture of Huntley standing with members of the KKK."
