$270,000 for Fire LifePack 12 Cardiac Monitors & CPR system replacements. $500,000 for school zone safety. $700,000 for two Fire Department Ambulances. $2,250,000 for Anchorage Area-Wide Radio Network (AWARN) Infrastructure Upgrade. City officials said the system would allow first responders here to communicate with statewide agencies if there was a big emergency.
