The Parrish Town Council announced Monday that it’s moving forward with the annexation of property north of the new Parrish Highway, from east of Hay Valley Road to west of Park Dunn Road, including Stephenson Road Parrish Mayor Heather Hall said the council is proceeding with its annexation of several areas north of Parrish, which will include the Hay Valley community. But one property owner came before the council Monday night requesting that his property be removed from the annexation.
