Fire crews are keeping a close eye on a fire - still smoldering Tuesday morning - on Dauphin Island. It has destroyed two homes Monday. The state fire marshall will investigate what caused the fire that proved so destructive to homeowners on Audubon Street. Crews from several fire departments rushed in to help battle the flames. FOX10 News was told both were vacation homes and that no one was inside at the time of the fire.
