A section of Highway 112 in Bentonville is reopen after a gas leak caused it to close. A gas line broke Saturday night in Bentonville and continued to cause road closures Sunday morning. This was near SW Gator Boulevard and Highway 112. The city of Bentonville said the leak was caused when the line was hit by a car. Black Hills Gas stopped the leak and Bentonville Fire Department Haz-Mat crews were also on scene. Drivers were advised to take SW Edinburgh Avenue and SW Bright Road instead of the closed section of Highway 112. The city reported no one was hurt. Black Hills Gas arrived on scene around 10:30 p.m. and had the leak stopped around 1:30 a.m.
