VIDEO: A fire broke out on a Cave Creek property and forced neighbors to evacuate. Now, because of a dispute between people living on the property, arson investigators are now involved. Firefighters were called out to the area near 56th Street and Cave Creek Road on around 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The flames destroyed a two-story barn house and an RV, Rural/Metro Fire said. The main house was saved. The nearby homes were evacuated but no other homes were damaged. "There was quite a bit of debris around those structures themselves, several outbuildings, stuff that been there probably for years, along with lots of dead brush, dead trees," said Shawn Gilleland with Rural Metro.
