Within a couple of months, Scott Neal said Wednesday, Bullhead City voters will make a decision on what kind of fire department they want. The Bullhead City Fire Department employs highly trained people and provides a high quality of service, in a timely manner, said Neal, an assistant chief. “We think that’s at risk,” he said. “And that’s why this bond is here.” Neal and Doug Stevens, the BHCFD’s assistant chief for operations, presented to the Colorado River Republican Women’s Council an overview of a $16.7 million bond question going before fire district voters in November.
