PHOTO: A driver was arrested after crashing a car into a Verizon store in Tempe on Sunday afternoon. It happened at McClintock Drive and Warner Road just after 1 p.m. When officers arrived, they found the car inside the store. It appears it crashed through a couple of windows. Police believe the driver was trying to park and may have hit the gas instead of the brake. No one was seriously hurt. "Obviously, you can see from the way the vehicle went in there, we're very fortunate and thankful that there were only minor injuries to the people inside the store," said Sgt. Matt Feddeler with the Tempe Police Department.
