When students enroll at Central Arizona Valley Institute of Technology, they do so with a firm grasp of what they want to do with their future, and assurances that the school will help them accumulate the skills and experience they need to get there. But a group of five students from CAVIT’s fire science program told PinalCentral that what they were promised when they decided to go there hasn’t been delivered by school administration. And now, it appears that their beloved teacher, one who they say was an advocate for their needs, might be out of a job.
