Navajo County plans to appoint a Phoenix-based consultant to serve as an administrator for what’s left of the White Mountain Lake Fire District Governing Board and its fire department. John Flynn, a managing principal member of PolicyLogic, LLC, a government affairs and consulting firm based in Phoenix, is expected to be appointed Tuesday by the Navajo County Board of Supervisors on the recommendation of County Attorney Brad Carlyon’s office. PolicyLogic provides government relations and public finance-centered consulting services. Due to a previous unfilled board vacancy and two recent board resignations by Carl Erdmann and Carole Miller, the five-member White Mountain Lake Fire District board can no longer form a quorum.
