Authorities responded to reports of a gas leak Monday morning around Marshall and Third streets in Casa Grande. The Casa Grande Fire Department says there was a possible break in a gas line, but there wasn't enough gas to be a threat to the public. Some surrounding buildings, like the Arizona Department of Economic Security, were evacuated Monday morning as a safety precaution. Roads around the intersection had been blocked off to allow firefighters time and space to investigate. The fire department has begun to clear the scene around 8:30 a.m.
