Police have arrested a grandson of homeowners who were victims of arson in 2016 when their house was fire bombed. Fred Wilson West was kicked out of his grandparents home two days before it was fire bombed with two Molotov cocktails, according to Phoenix Police. Molotov cocktails are glass bottles filled with gasoline and usually some type of cloth sticking out of them to help ignite a fire. Two glass bottles were recovered at the arson site, the home of West's grandparents. West and a grandparent got in an argument a few days before the fire and West pulled a gun on the grandparent, according to the paperwork obtained by 12 News in a public records request.
