At 1:57 pm Thursday, Contra Costa County Fire Protection District firefighters were dispatched to a residential structure fire in the 400 block of W. 19th in Antioch. A large column of black smoke was observed en route and firefighters arrived on scene to locate three fully involved vehicles in the driveway along with the back of the home engulfed. Two homes were damaged as the single story sustained heavy damage while the two-story structure sustained minor damage. A total of 3 vehicles and a fence line were also damaged.
