The California Highway Patrol arrested five juveniles after a hit-and-run and fiery crash in Santa Cruz County. The CHP said officers found a man who had just been struck by a hit-and-run driver while driving his 1998 GMC pickup on Larkin Valley Road at Old Adobe Road Wednesday afternoon. The man was able to give officers the description of the suspect vehicle and license plate number. A short time later, CHP officers found the suspect vehicle on fire on Larkin Valley Road near Larkin View.
