A blast that killed one person and injured three at an Aliso Viejo building was likely an intentional act, possibly from a package, a federal official told The Associated Press.
A female of undisclosed age was killed and three people were injured in the explosion at a medical building, authorities said.

The Orange County Fire Authority said the explosion occurred from inside the two-story building at 11 Mareblu Tuesday shortly after 1 p.m. The first floor incurred significant damage.
"Terrifying. Definitely very terrifying if it were intentional," Chris Kennedy said.
Footage from a camera inside Kennedy's chiropractic office showed damage from the blast. He wasn't there when it happened and he believes the explosion happened in a neighboring suite occupied by an esthetician.
