PHOTOS: A small plane that flipped onto its roof Friday morning at the Paso Robles Airport, has injured three people.
A total of 15 Firefighters, along with Cal Fire, the Paso Robles Police Department and San Luis Ambulance Service Services responded to the Paso Robles Municipal Airport at 11:24 a.m. on Friday.
When they arrived, they found the small aircraft 300 feet off the runway, flipped onto its roof.
When searching inside, they found three people.
Firefighters notated that the plane was leaking fuel from both wings.
Two of the people found inside were treated at the scene.
The third was taken to the hospital.
It’s unknown what caused the crash.
The investigation has been turned over to the National Transportation Safety Board.
