Firefighters were called to an apartment building fire on Willard Street late Monday night. The fire was reported just past 9 p.m. and was put out by 9:27 p.m., fire officials said. No one appeared to have been injured in the fire and CT Transit was helping relocate residents, Capt. Raul Ortiz said. Asylum Avenue was closed off by Willard Street and fire officials remained on the scene late Monday. A resident of the building said there are 61 apartment units inside.
