VIDEO: A suspicious package found outside Newark's Planned Parenthood has been cleared, and determined to have been a package addressed to a specific employee at the business containing papers, city authorities announced just after noon Monday. The package was cleared by the Delaware State Police EOD Unit. The police work closed East Delaware Avenue to all foot and vehicle traffic until approximately 12:30 p.m. on April 9, 2018.
