A DelDOT maintenance facility caught fire Monday. Firefighters were called to the facility at 39 East Regal Boulevard in New Castle around 5 p.m. on December 10, 2019. DelDOT spokesman C.R. McLeod told WDEL that the small fire was sparked by electrical wiring in a heater unit. Smoke detectors activated accordingly, and no one was hurt.
