Wilmington's Fire Marshal's office is looking into what touched off a row house fire in the city Saturday.
Crews arrived on-scene in the 500 block of Rodman Street shortly after noon, and found flames coming from the second-floor windows of a 2-story mid-row house, city fire chief John Looney said.
Firefighters discovered that the fire had started in a bedroom, and were able to put it out quickly.
The house's occupants managed to get out safely before firefighters arrived--one occupant was evaluated for smoke inhalation, but refused treatment.
The fire was confined to the house where it started.
There's no dollar estimate of the damage at this point.
