Honolulu police are looking for the driver of a car that was found burning on Wilhelmina Rise. Firefighters were called to the fire near Manini way just before 3 a.m. Wednesday. At first, it wasn’t known if someone was trapped inside. Witnesses tell us they heard a car alarm going off before they saw the car on fire. Power was turned off in the area as crews inspected fire damage in a nearby utility pole.
