Ocean safety officials rescued a man in waters off Waikiki Beach on Sunday morning. Around 11:30 a.m., lifeguards rescued the man from Waikiki waters and performed CPR until paramedics arrived. Emergency Medical Services crews used advanced lifesaving treatment on the 78-year-old man at the scene. EMS officials say that the man continued to receive critical treatment on the way to the emergency room. No other information is available at this time.
