VIDEO: No one is hurt after a house fire early Tuesday morning in Davenport. It broke out at a duplex in the 600 block of East 14th Street at about 3 a.m. The people living on the second floor were able to safely make it out of the building. Fire crews on scene say nobody lives on the first floor. It didn’t take long for firefighters to put out any flames. There was no damage visible from the outside of the duplex.
