Dubuque firefighters said a tugboat leaked about 25 gallons of diesel fuel into the Mississippi River at Lock and Dam No. 11 Tuesday afternoon. A news release said fire crews contained the leak, which happened about 2:10 p.m. Authorities said there were no injuries.
