VIDEO: It's no secret, small town cities struggle to get funding for infrastructure. That includes some places across eastern Iowa. The town of Luana, which is in Clayton County, has been struggling to raise money to replace its antiquated fire station. In one year of fundraising, they are not halfway to meeting their goal of $300,000. The Assistant Fire Chief Keith Johnson says, "It started off pretty good, but after one year I think we're still working on donations. I guess it never comes in as fast as you want to."
