Fire crews battled a blaze that damaged several livestock buildings near Moville, Monday afternoon. The fire was first reported shortly before 3:00pm in the 3000 block on 185th Street. The blaze began as a grass fire, but quickly spread to the buildings. Flames did major damage before firefighters, from several area departments-- including Moville and Pierson, Iowa-- could bring the flames under control.
