An autopsy has been scheduled for Monday for a man found dead in a car fire Sunday in Sioux City. The autopsy will be conducted at the Iowa State Medical Examiner's facility in Ankeny, Sioux City Police Department spokesman Lt. Pat McCann said. McCann said police did not plan to release the victim's identity until after the autopsy has been completed. Investigators also will not determine if foul play was involved until after the autopsy, McCann said. Police responded to the call of a vehicle fire at 5:44 p.m. Sunday at 1115 Logan St. The body was found inside the vehicle after firefighters extinguished the fire.
