VIDEO: Iowans in three communities are starting to clean up after several tornadoes tore through central Iowa Thursday. Among dozens of homes and several businesses that were damaged, miraculously there were no lives lost and there are no reports of serious injuries. Gov. Kim Reynolds and Lt. Gov. Adam Gregg, along with Iowa Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management Acting Director Joyce Flinn, will tour areas impacted by severe storms and tornadoes on Friday. National Weather Service experts will also be assessing tornado damage. They confirm 27 tornadoes touched down in Iowa Thursday.
