A Des Moines man is urging authorities to free his wife after she poured gasoline inside their east-side home last week, apparently attempting to light the house on fire. "She needs to see a doctor because we don't know what is wrong with her," Kuanyin Agoth told the Register on Saturday. According to court documents, his wife, Ayen Bol Acuil, is in jail on first-degree arson charges after she poured gasoline inside her home June 9 with her six children, ranging in ages from 7 to 18, and Agoth inside. While pouring the gasoline, Acuil, 40, stated she was going to set the house, located in the 1400 block of 23rd Street, on fire, according to court documents.
