A woman accused of intentionally driving into the Cedar River with her kids in the car last March has reached a plea deal. A criminal complaint says Alicia Cole, 35, intentionally drove her car into the icy river at Mohawk Park on March 11th. The complaint said her two children - aged 12 and one - reported a cut to the head and stomach pain after the incident. Boaters were able to rescue the three from the water. Police and firefighters pulled the vehicle from the water two weeks later. According to court documents filed Thursday, Cole withdrew her originally not guilty pleas to two counts of child endangerment causing bodily injury and voluntarily pleaded guilty. Cole is scheduled to be sentenced on December 4.
