A Davenport woman has been arrested and charged after police say she aimed fireworks at three victims. On July 8 officers arrived to a residence for a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers say 36-year-old Wendy White entered the victim's apartment and began fighting with them. White then lit at least three fireworks inside the residence and directed them at three victims inside according to police. One of the fireworks landed on the floor, causing the carpet to catch fire. Police say during this, one victim had hair singed on her head as a result of the fireworks nearly missing her. Police say White then picked up a torch and then tried burning the victims with the torch.
