A Davenport man was given a suspended 10-year prison sentence and placed on three years of probation Friday for setting fire to a Davenport apartment in April. Steven Wilson Hollingshed, 49, also was ordered to follow through with substance abuse treatment and recommended after-care, obtain a mental health evaluation and follow through with any recommended treatment, and abstain from alcohol or drugs, according to court records. Hollingshed pleaded guilty in August to second-degree arson, a Class C felony, in Scott County District Court. He initially faced the more serious charge of first-degree arson.
