On Thursday night, a garage was destroyed after it caught fire. Police were called Washington Avenue just after 2:30 p.m. on Thursday. The free standing garage was fully engulfed in flames. Firefighters put the fire out before it spread, but it was destroyed. They estimate the damage near $10,000. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
