No one was injured in a late-night garage fire at a home near Overland and Five Mile. The Boise Fire Department says just after 11 p.m. Sunday, a fire broke out in an attached garage and utility room at a home on Southerland Drive. Two vehicles were destroyed. Firefighters say the smoke detectors alerted everyone inside the home. The cause of the fire appears to be accidental, but the investigation continues. Residents of the home are being assisted by the Boise Fund and Red Cross of Idaho.
