Oscar Presley, a retired fire chief who served with the Harlem-Roscoe Fire Protection District, passed away Tuesday morning. Presley joined the fire department in 1966 and served as the district's fire chief from 1982-2007. The fire district said Presley passed away in his sleep from a Facebook announcement?. Part of its statement reads: "Our deepest sympathy goes out to the entire Presley family." The fire department says it will update on future arrangements to remember Presley.
