The person who died this afternoon in a house fire has been identified. The Champaign County coroner says 57-year-old Angela Lewis was found in a garage at a home along the 600 block of South Church Street this afternoon. An autopsy is scheduled for Monday. The fire is believed to have started in the garage. Crews from several departments responded. Everyone else inside the home, along with some pets, made it out safely. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
