Representatives from the state fire marshal’s office and a Kentucky State Police arson investigator came to Limestone Branch Distillery today to investigate a fire report. Fire marshal and arson investigator’s vehicles were in the parking lot at the time. The Lebanon Police Dispatch received a report of a fire at Limestone Branch at 5:49 a.m. Friday, Nov. 22. Limestone Branch was open for business when an Enterprise reporter stopped by the distillery. However, the owners were not available for commen at that time. In a phone interview, owner Steve Beam said he expects to be able to resume giving tours of the distillery pretty soon, possibly by early next week.
