Three west Kentucky lawmakers fielded questions in Paducah Tuesday night from a series of people representing teachers, state workers and retirees regarding Governor Matt Bevin's proposed pension reform plan. Republican State Senator Danny Carroll and Democratic Representatives Gerald Watkins and Will Coursey explained their positions on the measure for more than two hours in a packed Clemens Fine Arts Center on the WKCTC campus.
