A Graves County home was destroyed by fire Tuesday night. According to Chief Michael Kaler with the Symsonia Fire Department, firefighters responded around 9 pm to a home on Highway 348 East, near the Graves-Marshall county line. Kaler said when firefighters arrived, they found heavy fire in the attic and carport area of the home. He said there was also a vehicle parked in the carport.
