On Wednesday afternoon at approximately 4:15, the Leitchfield Fire Department, Grayson County Sheriff’s Office and EMS responded to the 105 mile marker of eastbound Western Kentucky Parkway on the report of a semi-truck on fire.
Upon arriving at the scene, firefighters found the truck’s cab fully engulfed in flames. The driver of the truck escaped without injury.
It took firefighters about 20 minutes to extinguish the blaze, as LFD contained the fire to only the cab of the truck.
