More than 300 firefighters gathered in Maysville over the weekend for the 2017 edition of the Buffalo Trace Dale Jackson Memorial Regional Fire School. Sponsored by the Buffalo Trace Firefighter Association, Kentucky Fire Commission State Fire Rescue Training, the city of Maysville and Maysville Community and Technical College and hosted by the Maysville Fire Departmen, the three-day school has been offered to area firefighters since 1988. Several other fire departments assisted with the school.
