One of four former Crofton firefighters facing arson and burglary charges will not be going to trial later this month after an appearance in Christian Circuit Court Wednesday morning. Attorney Robert Haggard, who represents Dakota Oglesby, had filed a motion that he will not be able to represent his client at the August 27 trial because of ongoing medical tests, adding he still hopes the case can be resolved. Judge Atkins granted two motions and scheduled Oglesby to be back in court September 19th.
