HVAC belt causes house fire in Lexington

Firefighters in Lexington responded to a house fire late Sunday night that they say was caused by an HVAC system overheating. According to firefighters, a bad HVAC belt caused a system to overheat on Bryan Station Road, which sparked a small fire. They say no one was hurt and they were able to turn the home over to its owners.
