A Leominster woman arrested last year for starting a fire in her neighbor's home has pleaded guilty to arson. Linda Sbrogna, 55, pleaded guilty to one charge of arson in Worcester Superior Court Tuesday in connection to her December 2017 arrest, said Tim Connolly, a spokesman for Worcester County District Attorney Joseph Early Jr. Sbrogna had been charged with arson and breaking and entering after her neighbor's Douglas Avenue home caught fire for the third time in less than a month late last year. After being deemed mentally competent to stand trial, Sbrogna was indicted on the arson charge in February. According to Connolly, she will return to court on Dec. 19 for a sentencing hearing. The third and final fire at 51 Douglas Ave., which is located directly behind the Main Street home Sbrogna was living in at the time, burned the home's porch and some of its siding.
