Charlie proudly served in the US Marine Corp. He continued on to a career in service to his community as a Boston Firefighter, for 30 years, retiring as a lieutenant. He enjoyed playing golf, traveling and spending time with his family. Charlie was a skilled handyman and intelligent history buff. He will remembered for his great sense of humor and will be dearly missed. Beloved husband of Kathy (McDermott) Bellew of Weymouth. Devoted father of Kirk Bellew and his girlfriend Lisa Imrie of Weymouth and Keri Jobin and her husband Philip of Hull. Loving brother of John Bellew and his wife Jackie of Braintree, Jimmy Bellew of FL and the late Richard Bellew and his widow Ellen of Bridgewater.
